Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment confirmation. Drops are limited-run, so orders during a drop window may take slightly longer to process — we'll let you know if that's the case.

Delivery time

  • Alexandria: [1–2] business days

  • International: not currently available

Tracking You'll get a tracking link by [SMS/WhatsApp/email] once your order ships.

Delays We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the package has left our hands, but we'll help you chase it down if something looks stuck.

Returns & Exchanges

Window You have [7–14] days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging. Streetwear with any wear, deodorant marks, or smell of perfume/smoke will be rejected.

What's eligible

  • Wrong size
  • Defective item (printing, stitching, fabric fault)
  • Wrong item shipped

What's not eligible

  • Change of mind after wear
  • Items from final sale / limited drop marked as non-returnable
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

Process

  1. Contact us at [email/WhatsApp] with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. We approve or deny within [24–48 hours].
  3. If approved, you ship it back or we arrange pickup (depending on how COD/courier works in Egypt).
  4. Refund or exchange processed within [X] business days of us receiving the item.

Refund method Refunds go back to original payment method, or as store credit — [pick one, or both as options].

COD orders may require phone confirmation before dispatch to cut down on fake orders.

Privacy Policy

We collect your name, phone number, address, and order history to fulfill orders and contact you about them. We do not sell your data. We may use your info (with consent) for:

  • Order updates
  • Marketing messages about future drops (opt-out anytime)

Data is stored securely and only shared with couriers/payment processors as needed to fulfill your order.

Terms of Service

  • All sales are subject to availability. Limited drops sell out and won't be restocked unless stated.
  • Prices are in EGP and include applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse (fake COD orders, repeated no-shows).
  • Product images are as accurate as possible; slight color variation may occur due to screen display or print batch.
  • By ordering, you agree to these terms.
